See what the buzz is about - register to attend the Adult Spelling Bee fundraiser organized by the Norwalk Easter Public Library Foundation at 6 pm on Thursday, July 23, at St. James Celebrations, 9774 Highway G24, Indianola. It will be a fun night for participants and observers are encouraged to attend to cheer them on.
Spellers will compete for great prizes including a $100 Target gift card donated by Consumer Credit of Des Moines, a free oil change & tune up from Christian Brothers Automotive, and gift certificates to The Chicken restaurant. And of course, bragging rights! Spellers can also purchase a "mulligan" - or a chance for a spelling do-over - before the competition. All proceeds support the work and mission of the Norwalk Easter Public Library Foundation.
